Ghostify Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Ghostify collects, how we use it and the choices you have. Use this page's URL on your Meta lead form, in Stripe and on your website.

1. Who we are

GHOST LEADS LLC ("Ghostify", "we", "us") provides done-for-you webinar services to coaches, consultants and course creators. This policy covers information we collect through our website, our ads and lead forms, our booking calendar, checkout, our onboarding form and client portal, and our emails and texts.

When we build and run webinar funnels for our clients, we process information about our clients' own registrants and contacts on our clients' behalf. In that case, our client's privacy policy governs that information and we act as their service provider (see section 3.4).

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you, book calls and deliver the work you buy.

  • Facebook and Instagram lead forms: Name, email, phone number, and your answers to our questions (offer price, monthly revenue, webinar experience, timing)
  • Booking a call: Name, email, phone number, chosen time, and anything you write in the booking form
  • Checkout and billing: Name, email, billing address and payment details. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number
  • Onboarding form and client portal: Business details, offer and pricing, audience, results and testimonials, story, images, logos and files you upload, and your feedback and approvals
  • Emails, texts and calls with us: What you send us and records of our communications
  • Our website and ads: Device and browser information, IP address, pages visited, and ad interactions, collected through cookies and similar tools (see section 4)

If you give us information about other people, such as testimonials or client results, you confirm you have their permission to share it.

3. How we use and share it

3.1 How we use it. We use your information to:

  • contact you about your enquiry and book and hold calls
  • decide whether our services are a fit for you
  • deliver, support and improve the services you buy
  • take payments, send invoices and manage your plan
  • send updates about your project, and occasional marketing you can opt out of
  • measure and improve our ads and website
  • protect our business and meet legal obligations

3.2 We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or sell it to anyone.

3.3 Who we share it with. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, under their own privacy and security terms. These include:

  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for ads and lead forms
  • Calendly for call booking
  • Stripe for payments
  • GoHighLevel for funnels, CRM, email and text messaging
  • Google Workspace for email and documents
  • Zoom for calls
  • our hosting, email delivery and software providers, and contractors who help deliver client work

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.

3.4 Our clients' contacts. When we build and operate webinar funnels for a client, the registrants and contacts in that funnel belong to our client. We process their information only on our client's instructions, to provide our services to that client. If you registered for one of our clients' webinars, please contact that business about your information.

4. Cookies, ads, emails and texts

4.1 Cookies and ad tracking. Our website may use cookies, pixels and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API and Google Analytics. These help us understand how people use our site, measure our ads and show our ads to people likely to be interested. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. You can manage how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

4.2 Emails. If you give us your email, we may send you emails about your enquiry, your booked call or your project. We may also send occasional marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

4.3 Text messages. If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your booked call or your project. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not share your phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Retention, security and your rights

5.1 How long we keep it. We keep lead and enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. We keep client and billing records for as long as you are a client and afterwards for as long as the law requires, typically up to 7 years for financial records. Then we delete or anonymize it.

5.2 Security. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, such as access controls and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5.3 Your choices and rights. You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • correct it
  • delete it
  • stop sending you marketing

Depending on where you live, for example California or the EU and UK, you may have additional rights under local law. These include knowing how your information is used, opting out of certain sharing for targeted advertising, and complaining to a regulator. Email josh@ghostify.io to make a request. We will respond within the time the law requires, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights. We may need to verify your identity first.

5.4 International transfers. We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the US and other countries.

5.5 Children. Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

5.6 Changes. We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes, we will notify clients by email.
